What is ACAC?

ACAC is a permaculture project dedicated to enhancing the use of drinking water and regenerating natural resources. Our mission is to raise awareness about sustainable practices that ensure the well-being of humans, flora, and fauna. By integrating ecological agriculture and clean energy solutions, we strive to create a paradigm shift towards environmental respect and sustainability.

Registration Details:

The Association Cultural Aguas de Castillo (ACAC) is an officially constituted Association without lucrative ends, established under the provisions of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, which regulates the Right of Association. Additionally, it is governed by Law 7/2007, of June 22, on Associations of the Basque Country, approved by the Basque Parliament, in accordance with articles 9 and 10.13 of the Statute of Autonomy for the Basque Country.

ACAC adheres to the stipulations of these Association Laws, its own Statutes as long as they do not contradict the Law, and the agreements validly adopted by its governing bodies, provided they are in compliance with the Law and the Statutes. Furthermore, it follows the regulatory provisions approved by the Basque Government, which serve as supplementary guidelines.
